Jan Ditgen explains AI live onstage

AI keynote speaker on artificial intelligence in Dusseldorf: clear ideas for business

AI keynote speaker Dusseldorf: Jan Ditgen combines clear examples with humor and live demonstrations. For keynote speaker artificial intelligence Dusseldorf, he focuses on practical decisions that matter to business.

Dusseldorf is testing artificial intelligence outside the conference room. Its KISSiD project is upgrading nine traffic signals for adaptive control, with commissioning planned for fall 2026. Heinrich Heine University is also part of the statewide KI:Expertisezentrum.nrw, where it contributes digital learning and professional development. Both are useful local starting points for a keynote about benefits, limits, and accountable decisions.

AI is on your schedule, but you have not found the speaker yet? Easier with AI: Get it.
Place it.
Use it.

Whether board, sales, or shop floor, AI Explainer Jan Ditgen explains Artificial Intelligence for any audience.

Jan Ditgen unpacks AI until it makes sense to everyone. He speaks with a warmth that reaches the back row. Those who arrive with reservations about AI are quickly brought on board. Positive feelings are the best ice-breaker: they take off the pressure and leave space for new ideas.

Technical labels turn into things people can picture. His years of experience on stage tell their own story. He claims nothing that he does not demonstrate on the spot. Hosts hear it in the feedback: the talk landed.

CCD Congress Center Dusseldorf

A good fit for: major conventions, association events, and multi-track programs

CCD offers 41 rooms, about 7,500 seats in the congress center, and more than 11,000 square meters of event space. Hall X/Y reaches 2,000 seats in its largest setup, with breakout rooms in the same building.

Rheinterrasse Dusseldorf

A good fit for: galas, client events, and convention evenings

Five halls support very different programs. The Radschlägersaal covers 990 square meters and is listed for up to 1,720 standing guests; the 468-square-meter Rheingoldsaal is considerably more intimate.

Classic Remise Dusseldorf

A good fit for: product launches, industry meetings, and evening events

The historic roundhouse puts classic cars and the stage in the same view. Its 870-square-meter event area is listed for up to 600 guests, with a gallery, foyer, and smaller seminar rooms nearby.

Venue 04

K21 Ständehaus

A good fit for: receptions, cultural programs, and exclusive client events

The Piazza in the former parliament building covers 813 square meters and holds up to 600 for a reception. Another 1,700 square meters sit beneath the glass dome, with art and architecture setting the tone.

Capitol Theater Dusseldorf

Venue 05

Capitol Theater Dusseldorf

A good fit for: staged keynotes, award ceremonies, and client events

The main auditorium has 1,250 fixed seats. A stage measuring 25 by 13 meters and a 14-meter proscenium give a production room to feel more like a show than a seminar.

Mitsubishi Electric HALLE in Dusseldorf

Venue 06

Mitsubishi Electric HALLE

A good fit for: major employee events, shows, and annual meetings

The hall provides about 3,300 square meters. Depending on the setup, it offers 5,500 padded seats or a total capacity of up to 7,500, so the keynote needs a production scaled to the room.

Rhine Tower in Dusseldorf

Venue 07

QOMO at the Rhine Tower

A good fit for: executive events, press briefings, and intimate keynotes

The event spaces high above the city are designed for groups of 10 to 200. A 360-degree view gives a compact keynote a setting that guests will remember without requiring arena-scale production.

Benrath Palace in Dusseldorf

Venue 08

Benrath Palace

A good fit for: receptions, anniversaries, and smaller premium events

The listed rooms accommodate roughly 30 to 90 guests for dinner and up to 120 in theater seating. The palace and park suit a keynote that is part of an elegant, carefully paced program.

What Does the CSP Title Mean?

Do you know the term CSP at all? A blank look is the usual answer, and it's nothing to be embarrassed about. In Europe you seldom run into the term outside professional speaking, and speakers are no exception there. It counts more than you might think once you start booking speakers.

The full title behind CSP is Certified Speaking Professional. It comes from the National Speakers Association, the American speakers' organization. Anyone who wants to use the title must document a strong record of paid work, include client feedback, and offer a talk for review. It's built slowly, never bought.

For years, many American event organizers have booked only speakers with the title. Here in Europe, it's still a different picture. I very much hope that will change soon.

Speaker fees from the United States to the wider world

What one professional charges says little about the next. Every booking gets priced on its own set of details. A packed hall or a small boardroom: the setting counts, if modestly. Preparation time is real work, and it shows in the number. Not least, how famous a speaker is matters a great deal.

Currency aside, the pattern becomes clear in the overview below, converted to US dollars:
United States: $11,000 to $45,000
Germany: $4,500 to $16,000
Italy: $3,500 to $16,000
South Africa: $1,000 to $9,000

The market prices standing fairly openly. Being a full-time speaker in Germany, Jan Ditgen belongs in the German bracket above. One message settles the figure for your region, and with it comes a talk put together for your audience.
